"Terrible experience using settlements, ltd for my sellers. Communication did not occur. Less than one week before close and sellers still had not heard from closing company about remote close. Settlement agents reponse was, "well i sent information to their email". Had to ask for important docs such as title commitments, signed ALTA statements, etc because they were not being sent. Informed sellers that there was not a charge to sign with remote notary, and then charged them. Awful. Will not use them again."

The day is closing, our loan company had figures all messed up, but Settlements was able to help us tell the loan company what needed done.
