"I have had all-state for my car and both my homes since I was 16 years old ( I am 39 now). My agency was bought twice, first to Bianco, next to Stacy Wade. I had a total of 0 problems prior to Stacy Waid taking over (Gavin Agency was outstanding!). Not only did they cancel my policy 3 whole days after purchasing a new vehicle without notifying me, when I called to get to the root of the issue it took DAYS to get a return phone call. #1. They NEVER answer when you call. Its always leave a message and we will return your call. Second, I was able to discover that they were transferring my payments to MY EX WIFE who wasn't on my policy for 6 Years! When I discovered, the answer was that they will repay me but will not reinstate my policy. This is after 5 vehicles, and 2 homes, and 25 years of business. Just WOW"
