"Good doctors, Terrible Company. Getting in touch with my primary through Circle Medical was hell. You can only talk to a certified doctor during an appt, which cost $100. I had an initial estimate of a $15 copay and it ended up being $66. They are very misleading and there isn’t any way to get in contact with their help line. I called and the first call went straight to voicemail, which hung up on me. Then I actually left a message and they contacted me through the app. Just really bad business practice, wouldn’t recommend. Update: I was charged for a bill that was pending per review. I filed an insurance claim and was waiting because I was informed by my insurance company that the amount was incorrect. Circle Medical charged my card regardless of that fact and they were aware of the claim."

"I want to love this place but I'm off to a pretty poor start. I just cannot reach my provider at all. The chat support staff do their best but there is only so much they can do. I understand they are having some delays with prescriptions but as a new patient it's hard for me not to consider going elsewhere. I am getting pretty much no information about what is going on. My provider is a nice person but was very late to my first appointment. I was supposed to receive my prescription after that appointment but did not. Still made a follow up appointment to discuss my symptoms. Again was supposed to receive my prescription and follow up again to report on how the medication is working. But weeks later and I still don't have it, so why would I just keep endlessly making appointments?"

"Trying to get in touch with the doctor is like trying to contact the president of United States. You’ll get switched to several different chat advocates and even they can’t reach the doctor unless it’s during my appointments. If you need a prescription refill… good luck with that. Oh, and doctors are always late to appointments and the billing issues are always constant. Nothing ever goes smoothly."

"This seemed like a simple option to get a prescription renewal. I made an appointment for the next day, downloaded the app, and showed up 5 minutes early. An hour later, the doctor hadn't shown up and I hadn't received any communications. I called (straight to voicemail) and sent a chat message (to a bot), and never received a response. A day later, still silence. No idea why this place has such high reviews on Zocdoc. Find an actual doctor's office if you can."

"Love using Circle Medical! It's not a one-size-fits-all solution for medical care - I still have a Primary Care I go see in person, but for my ADHD prescription and monitoring, the virtual appointments are amazing! I love my provider - she has worked closely with me to figure out the best course of treatment. The flexibility to easily set up appointments from home has been great. 4 stars is only for their app which is a little clunky and customer support reply times which can be slow. Other than that, I do recommend Circle Medical to patients who need to meet with a doctor monthly to get their prescriptions. So much better than having to drive to an office every few weeks!"
