"Don’t understand how doctor visits are covered but I have to pay $75 for a simple physical. It would be nice if certain procedures were covered or the whole procedure , instead of me coming out of pocket and having to go to another city to have someone who covers this stupid insurance. Mental health is important but yet doesn’t cover that. Customer service is useless"

"This is the new thing in Health Care I'm being told. In my case the Health Partner Claim rep denied pain medicine. The doctor had wrote 14 pill script of Tramadol. The pharmacy told me that Health Partners would not pay for medication unless I prior approval from the pain management doctor. After 12 it was denied outright for " Reason : Medication is for pain which is subjective and is not 'treatment" . I recently spent 13 weeks in Temple and then Jefferson Methodist for treatment of a Staph Infection that had reached into the Bone and Soft tissue of my left arm and shoulder. The end result was the surgeon was forced to remove almost 800 grams of Bone, Soft Tissue and Cartilage from my previously powerful shoulder. The Humeral head is now without 70% of its parts and the entire RotatCuff is gone as well. This leads to constant episodes of the left shoulder dislocating. Health is not a legitimate business because their concern is only for money not for people. They are beyond rude instead rising to the level of a " Public Menace What's the worst thing was being mocked by the so called "PharmacyTech" who in response to my announcement that "I would use the small claims court to fight the denial". He laughed and in a mocking tone first proceeded to accurately announce all the applicable court costs involved in using the gopping out atvthen more"

"Worst insurance company I have ever had. Approves a surgery but does not approve physical therapy, so after surgery I am left in more pain than I was before. Played phone tag with them for three hours while no one even knew about the grievance denial. Does not cover bills as well. I was informed by my doctor that they did not cover a bill and when I called about it they stated that the doctor was no longer in practice. But they covered 4 other bills afterwards, including a visit the day before I called. They had no idea what happened and told me to file a claim reconsideration. I did everything they told me to and still received bills. Switching insurances immediately. Thanks for wasting 3 hours of my life."

"They barely pay my hospital bills and i continue to get notices from hospitals that they are going to put my bill in collections if my bill is not paid which healthpartners should have paid them. When I called they told me to submit the bill and they would pay it However I been there and did that. Now I have a collections notice"
