"This company doesn’t pay the people what they are worth at all. It’s sad because there are amazing group of people there but they don’t recognize there worth. These people that work there go above and beyond for this company but yet they pay you pennies. I hope they will realize that you can go anywhere to work now for like 15 or 16$ but yet they can’t even give the workers that….. get it together and start showing these workers there worth because I was there for 7 years and have yet to see it. Diamond give the workers what they are worth……"
"Customer service is horrible. Billing is 60 days behind. When asking questions, customer service rep became belligerent. If you have the choice, go somewhere else. Bills were close to $250 a month. Switched to CVS and they dropped to $20 a month."
