"I feel like whoever came up with the "customer is family" slogan must have gotten a good laugh and hated their parents. I still use Diamonds because they are the only place that always has my medication in stock, however because of their blatant unwillingness to help and no sense of urgency I'm leaving this review as a warning to others. In times that this company should and can help they don't. Don't expect a time frame for picking up either "it will be done when it's done". These people handle life sustaining medication and the laziness and gaslighting is unacceptable. If you are just going in for overpriced Tylenol and pack of gum you should be fine, otherwise you can probably find better options for a pharmacy."

"The employees were very rude to me. I made a small comment about how much they support Donald trump but they kicked me out. It is people like these that make all of the trump supporting Americans look bad. The service they gave was truly unacceptable. They also always have a mess in that place! I feel like I have to take extra precautions to not get sick in there. Please do not go if you don't want to be harassed. I will now get my medicine elsewhere. You have lost a loyal customer."

"I really like this Diamond Drug store. I like the feeling of a small, personal store instead of the big chain stores. The pharmacy staff is efficient, friendly, and always willing to answer my questions. It’s great that they offer free delivery, especially now. I feel comfortable there, in a clean, conveniently set-up store atmosphere. And I like the section with special, unique gift ideas. Great place, I highly recommend it."
