As the co-director of the Pediatric Sleep Evaluation Center at UPMC Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh and an associate professor of pediatrics at the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine, Dr. Burman brings unparalleled expertise and dedication to her practice. Dr. Burman plays a pivotal role in patient care, education, and quality improvement initiatives within the Pediatric Sleep Evaluation Program. She earned her medical degree from the University College of Medical Sciences in Delhi, India, and completed her residency at the UPMC Shadyside Family Medicine Residency Program. Furthering her specialization, she undertook a one-year Sleep Medicine Fellowship at the UPMC Montefiore Division of Pulmonary, Allergy, and Critical Care Medicine.
