"Definitely wouldn’t recommend this place . Was just there in January 2020 and if you have private ins and really want to get clean don’t settle for this place. The detox part is not a good place to try and get clean at the staff also do not follow the schedule there at all . The staff are by far the worst people that could ever be in the field of work. It’s a terrible situation You should try to avoid . If you absolutely have no other choice to get clean then it is worth it in the long run. Speak your mind when admitted if you think your voice is not being heard . They tend to ignore the patients there a lot . Other then some staff being rude and ignorant there are a few good ones there ! Best of luck to anyone getting clean."
"I bring patients into this place and it is a desgrace to say the least. The staff on the ground floor have bad attitudes and this might make someone who wants to get clean, not want to come to this facility. I thought that the staff upstairs would have a better attitude, but no, they all looked as if they hated being there. They’re definitely in the wrong field if they’re are just there to collect a paycheck. I wouldn’t recommend a loved one to come here ever. Not welcoming at all"
"excellent staff, excellent nurses, more support there than any other hospital that I have been to. The therapist are more than caring and they appreciate how you feel and help you better yourself with many different skills to help you move towards the future. I will forever be thankful and grateful to everyone and if I ever need to go back I will feel more than comfortable. Thanks again."
