"We ordered for delivery. We were told about an hour. Delivery took an hour and fifteen minutes. Which we understand places get busy. Our food was cold when we received it. When we called in to notify them. The worker who answers the phone said “ are you sure it’s cold”. Why would we call and lie about it. We were offered new food but at that point we waited over an hour so lesson learned we won’t be ordering from here anymore."
"We all know Friday nights can be very very busy and that was certainly the case last evening. My wife and I ordered delivery and once it arrived we realized that our app sampler order was about half way completed. We called the restaurant and spoke with a manager, and they remade our order and re delivered it! Thank you to the staff for making our order right by replacing it. We all know how hectic a takeout business can be on a Friday night and certainly appreciate you going above and beyond to make it right."
"I went to pick up an order and was blindsided by a 3% fee because I was using a card. Why didn't anyone tell me about the fee when I placed the order on the phone?!? I could have brought cash. I get it, you don't want to pay the (tax deductible) greedy credit card fees. Well what makes you think I want to pay your stupid fees for you??? They're not tax deductible to me!! And if you really disagree with the fees then don't take cards! MANY places take cash only and some of those actually have an ATM on site for the customer's convenience. I'm sorry, but if you're going to screw me by tossing YOUR business operating expenses like credit card fees in my face then you're getting a 1 star review."
"Order at this location 2 times,I was so stoked to get a pizza Bella closer ..well I was disappointed along with my whole family! 2 personal pizza had hardly no sauce and the pizza was burnt ! Hopefully it gets better cooks!"
