Papa Johns Pizza

"So this location changed ownership while back and costumer service and food quality has fallen beyond salvation. Short Indian gentleman should be properly trained, instead of making pizza with the same hand he was making cash transactions and folding pizza boxes on the side. And when customer says, "thank you" you should respond instead of ignoring it and going back to folding pizza boxes with those same hands.. farewell papa John's."

"Food quality was very bad. I would never buy Pizza from this place ever in my life. I am very disappointed with their Pizza tast. It's tast like I was eating pizza from Walmart, oh sorry Walmart Pizza tasted better then this place."

"Pizza from this Papa John's is consistently over cooked. Gave them one last try recently and one pizza was so over cooked it was inedible. If you want decent Papa John's then go to the one in Lionville."

"I ordered on June 13. I ordered once, went to the store, when it’s 3pm and hours say OPEN. nobody was there. NOBODY. So I didn’t get my order. I then tried to order to a different papa johns, and accidentally ordered to this one again. There goes $70. I sent a long email explaining my frustration and got no response at all. This store quite literally scammed me. They didn’t refund me. I will make sure to have my friends review it as well. Horrible service, especially from the location manager to ignore my email."

"It is a complete crapshoot on whether your food is made properly. The first few times we ordered from this location, it was mostly fantastic. The manager, John, has been great to us. He never hesitated to make things right if anything was forgotten or if the app wasn’t working, etc etc… but I’m beginning to think he must have quit recently, which would be an absolute shame. A week ago, I ordered a Buffalo Chicken Papadia for delivery and instead was given a BBQ chicken Papadia. The Papadia box was marked correctly, just didn’t have the right food inside. It was also extremely hard, like it had sat under a heat lamp for far too long. I had to throw it out. My husband called to let them know, (with the intention of having it remade,) however the man he spoke with (not John) told him that he’d refund his money and hung up. I figured this was a one-off as sometimes mistakes happen, and ordered another Buffalo Chicken Papadia tonight. Not only was it a just a small pizza simply cut in half, but as you can see, there’s not even any Buffalo sauce on it. By the time the order was delivered to my apartment, it was only 15 minutes til they closed. I tried calling for those entire 15 minutes straight, and was sent straight to hold every time I called, up until the store closed at 9. (I can’t confirm this, but it’s my firm belief that the staff working probably knew exactly who was calling and why, and the staff chose not to take the call because it was so close to closing.) With no chance of getting the food remade, I decided to do what I could. After dousing it in franks red hot, I also discovered that it didn’t have any ranch either, which it should’ve had under the cheese. no sauce, no Buffalo sauce, just chicken and cheese on a pizza crust. It uh… it wasn’t great. Order at your own risk… or just call and see if John is working first, because he’ll at least make sure your food is made properly. But if John isn’t working there anymore, I would have to recommend avoiding this Papa John’s entirely, at all costs."
