"I’ve had good experiences at this location so I want to leave a positive review. However, I just left from a cut which was deeply uncomfortable. I don’t know the name of the woman who cut me (thin, white, and with long gray hair) but she seemed to not like me immediately and I can’t help but think it’s because I get a men’s cut and generally read as gender non conforming. It’s giving homophobic? She spent the whole time raking the comb across my scalp and then the last 5 minutes loudly lecturing me about how I should be using more than head and shoulders for shampoo. My scalp still hurts from the raking. I won’t be back to that location but this is just a warning to avoid that particular person, though I wish I knew her name. Everyone else has been incredibly kind there and I’ve enjoyed using it for walk in availability."

"*update* Denice fixed my hair and saved me! She was very understanding and kind. I will be back because of her* I asked for a long bob, all one length and this is what I got. I will be in first thing tomorrow morning for a fix or refund. I got home and straightened/styled it as usual, and it's all sorts of insane uneven."
