"Good service here. Thanks to doctor silman and social worker Alexis for helping my daughter. For good care and attention to my daughter's needs."
"I stayed in the adult unit in the summer. This place is horrible. NEVER send anyone you care about to this place!!! The staff do not care about patients, are very rude and male staff flirt and make advances to the female patients. I was given A DIFFERENT PATIENT'S MEDICATION and expected to take it thank god i check everything because i do not trust these people! It is very dangerous place. Men and women are not separated and anyone can come in your room at any time they want. The staff change their rules by the day or their mood. Would not provide a rule book when requested. They treated me like i was incompetent and you have to just agree with everything they stay or they will keep you as long as they want. The food is not of ethical quality to be feeding humans. This place needs to be shut down."
"I go to Belmont and it’s sometimes not good and bad, when i went there it felt like hell. There were bad things happening and i felt Unsafe. Although some of the staffs are nice. This so called “treatment” for me isn’t really treatment. They are just privileges disguised as the so called treatment. How can art and music therapy can be a treatment. I feel like all of this is all in disguise i felt like i was unsafe."
"First thing I gotta say LARRY likes to show up drunk and when he wasn’t he would be moody I went to belmont in 2020 during covid before they moved to the new building I was on 4 south literal horror stories came from that unit. There was this girl that came onto our unit she couldn’t spell or do basic math there was one teacher who had group with us every week day for about an hour there was only so much she could do. They didn’t provide any extra help for her me and another girl wrote words down for her, she liked making raps so I would help her make them staff members would act annoyed with her and yell at her she deserved more mind you I was on a 13-17 age unit. They hold kids for an unreasonable amount of time I was there for 5 months I know a girl who was there for 7. There were multiple days with out hot water, and I watched multiple girls get jumped. They allow these altercations to go on they legit watch the fights omg. And there was one girl that got kicked in the eye so hard she had to be hospitalized! her mom took her out almost every girl that got jumped got released the same day. I genuinely can not count the amount of 1 on 1 fights. Their idea of a daily meeting was addressing parties of an altercation from the night before constantly adding fuel to the fire. The phone didn’t work for awhile so they couldn’t call codes so when a fight broke out it would just go on and on. Miss Emma was the only staff member who rlly had compassion for us ."
"I was there long time ago before the new building was up. I was admitted for my eating disorder but due to Magellan they didn’t pay for it. I had a wonderful doctor great staff. It was only at that time three horrible day time staff. The other were great. My heart almost gave out or what not. Sorry about that guys. Some times you know you have to take matters into your own hands. Now I’m not violent at all but if staff know you have very mean violent patients and you let them get away with it. Hell nah not on my watch. So I had to do some scaring finally got the mean one off the ward. But like for real. Pay attention staff. Then I don’t know. Now my sister worked for Belmont of yes this was the problem. My sister was an addict and well yup. So it got messy. My parents should have never been allowed to see me given the fact there was a restraining order on them. Lol but this was a while back so. I’m just hoping this facility is better. Now the out patient I had a therapist who was amazing. I don’t know if she is still there for out patient therapy. If Covid never happened and I wasn’t in an abusive relationship I would still have been seeing a lovely therapist from outpatient."
