"Completely incompetent and can't be bothered to perform their jobs correctly. If manage to get in touch with reception, and you speak to Debbie or Jackie especially involving WC cases, they treat you like garbage and want nothing to do with you nor preforming their jobs. Definitely don't bother going here, charged my private insurance instead of work comp after they'd already canceled the appointment not once but TWICE! I have to instead go through my private insurance and lawyer to get the situation rectified, because they've now cancelled twice and charged me without preforming any services. . DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE."
"I highly recommend this facility for your MRI testing. From the days before setting up the appointment, to the day of, the women at the front desk were so helpful and so very friendly. Lance, the tech was also very friendly and professional. He really puts you at ease and makes the experience peaceful. As for the open MRI machine, it is comfortable and easy to handle for anyone who is claustrophobic. This is the place to go."
