All the nurses who were involved in her care at PCU Carrie, Colleen, Jade Stephanie are absolutely wonderful nurses I ever met. We all family would like to thank all the doctors and nurses who were there for our mom and also thank you Geisinger for having such an amazing staffs."

"Rude nurses. They refused to wear their mask as mandated by state law. Complained of chest pain and nothing done. Hopefully I will never have to deal with this poor excuse of a hospital. Had to demand a private room. Hopefully no one admitted will be put on the 5th floor and have to deal with nurses that intentionally ignore you and disable your call bell. Dr.Kasmia (something like that) is the rudest most hateful person ever. Never got a diagnosis or an apology from the hospital administrator or nursing administrator. Stay Away from this hell hole"

"Long time waiting, Receptionist in phone with a personal call. Not Professional at all not welcoming the patience. Too be a big hospital and well known is not Professional and care given too there patients. Alot people complaints and no one do nothing about it. After long wait I sit someone else came in she took that person before me unbelievable. And this is a how this hospital take care patients. HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!"
