"I've been coming here when it was Brandon Adams and he meet my care needs he's moved on so now it's a female nurse practitioner Shelby and just met her at my physical today and got me together with meds etc for certain physical issues I'm having thank u PHN"

"Do not use this organization. We were referred to them for mental health services for our child. Shortly after our first meeting, the psychiatrist that we were seeing was let go. No one picked up his case load and so my daughter just fell off the radar. A month or two later, we followed up by trying to call. We were then informed that they were not going to follow up on a referral that the former psychiatrist told us they would do. When we pushed back to ask them why they weren't all of a sudden, the receptionist told us we would have to find our own resource. When we again asked why this was the case and why they couldn't pick up the case where the former psychiatrist left off, the receptionist said, "What, you don't want to call for your child?" Implying that we didn't care enough about our child to do the legwork of finding a resource. At this point, I confronted the receptionist and told them we were not going to be using their services any longer. Not only can they not ensure caseloads are managed, the staff are unprofessional."

"very friendly staff 10/10 also the front desk lady when you first enter the building is the sweetest lady ever not sure if she’s tied with wayne primary but she makes walking into the building itself a 10/10 experience and she uses the best room sprays and makes the main lobby smell amazing"

"I have always been very happy with the kindness and professionalism displayed by everyone at Wayne. They have almost always been able to get me in quickly if I needed a last minute appointment, though, like everyone else, COVID slowed things down. But I could always reach a nurse on the phone. The Nurse Practitioner I really liked has recently moved to another clinic, but the ‘new’ NP, Brandon Adams, is carrying on the excellent and personable care! The location is close to home, though parking can be a bit tight with most of the parking lot reserved for United Way."

"Staff is great. Providers make you feel like a hypochondriac if you ask too many questions. They make you too uncomfortable to talk or explain things. I have a lot of anxiety but they just want you to shut up and do as they say. As do most doctors I have come across. Don't ask questions or have concerns about anything. Then they have to think of you as a person and not just a patient."
