"I was involved in an accident on July 5, 2022, and this company was called to tow my Toyota Camry to their lot. I wish I had prior knowledge of the towing companies in the area, because I would have called literally anyone else. When I called this company to find out when I could clear out my car and get the insurance companies to inspect it, the owner made multiple threats to call the police on me, and told me "that's not how this works." This was my first accident and towing. I was scared, stressed, clueless, and could only rely on these so called professionals to "help" me. She made me feel like I was doing something so wrong, when I was actually doing nothing. She made a high-stress situation feel even worse to me, and it was extremely harmful. She made me feel forced to sell my car to whichever junkyard could arrive the soonest, so neither insurance company could even look at my car to assess damage. The lack of investigation made the accident "my fault" because the other driver was less shook up at the time police arrived at the incident. I can't fathom why she was so aggressive. I now know this company is completely untrustworthy in emergency situations, and I hope dearly no one else has to deal with being aggressed and threatened if they have no choice but to be towed by them."
