"Was a horrible experience. The price quote doesn’t include the $100 every time they move the pod it ended up being $600 more than I thought. They got hydraulic fluid all over my father in laws drive way and then it was on the tires and got all over my driveway at the house I just bought that day. They are refusing to help until I get at least 3 quotes. I don’t have time to do all of the work for them. The guy was mad he was behind for the day so he left quickly and then I couldn’t get the door open. I scheduled the pick up and never got the confirmation email so then had to reschedule for a week later."
"Mike from Pods did an amazing job! I had an issue with my township that just after I moved they decided to replace the road and did not give me enough time/warning to have Pods come and get the empty Pod, so the township moved it haphazardly into my yard, on a hill and on a bush. Mike was able to pick up the Pod, communicated with me well, and took photos before and after and sent them to me to show me the what everything looked like before and after in case I had any issues. He picked it up in a very difficult spot I wasn’t sure would be possible and didn’t ruin the yard!"
"POD's was easy and delivered my belongings in a timely manner. My only complaint was that they quoted me a total of $2000 and said a small partial payment of $500 would be taken out when the POD was delivered and then the rest would be taken out when they ship the pod. But instead they took a total payment of $1500 before they delivered the pod and then they wanted the rest of the money before they brought the pod the following day. I was on the phone with them for over 30 minutes trying to get that straightened out and then they said they would deliver the pod the next day. And they gave the wrong address to the delivery guy who was all the way across town in the same thing with the woman that was picking the pod up they gave her the same wrong address."
