- Massage Therapy: Customized to your unique needs, our massages provide a personalized and rejuvenating experience that restores balance and relaxation to your body and mind.

- Reiki: Experience the gentle yet powerful energy healing of Reiki, promoting emotional and physical well-being while aligning your energy for a harmonious and revitalizing experience.

- Craniosacral Therapy: Discover the profound benefits of our gentle, hands-on approach designed to release tension and restore your body’s natural rhythm, leaving you feeling deeply relaxed and revitalized.

Gift Cards:

- Tangible Gift Cards: Available for purchase in the studio by prior arrangement. We can also mail them to you or your desired recipient with sufficient notice. Contact us via phone or email for mailing requests.

- Electronic Gift Cards: Easily purchased online. Simply click the "BUY A GIFT CARD" button on our website and create an account. You will receive an email notification with your gift card.

Gratuity: We accept gratuity in cash or via Venmo. The industry-standard gratuity is 20% of the service rate, though it is never required.

Cancellation Policy: We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to provide sufficient notice will result in a non-refundable, non-transferable fee equal to the full cost of the treatment, charged to your credit card or gift card on file. No-calls and no-shows will also incur the full treatment cost. For cancellations, please email admin@healingroots.center. Missed calls and voicemails are not recognized as cancellation requests.

FAQs:

- Couple's Massage: Not offered at this time. However, you can schedule back-to-back appointments for two separate massages.

- Treatment Frequency: After your initial session, our practitioners will provide personalized recommendations based on your goals and current state of wellness.

- Massage Length: We offer sessions of 30, 45, 60, 75, and 90 minutes. A 60-minute massage is our most popular, suitable for a full-body massage with some focus work. Shorter and longer sessions are available for more targeted or comprehensive treatment.

- Parking: Metered parking is available on Walnut Street, with 2-hour free parking on surrounding neighborhood streets. A parking garage is also located on Belfonte Street.

- Arrival Time: New clients should arrive 10 minutes prior to their appointment to fill out intake forms and acclimate to the space.

- ADA Accessibility: Our current location is not wheelchair accessible. For additional accessibility inquiries or requests, please contact us via phone or email. We are happy to provide accommodations to the best of our ability.
