"Wish I could give 0 stars... from the beginning I got a bad vibe and I didn't trust my gut. Called inquiring about counseling for my kids. The lady who called back was basically a human robot incapable of guiding me in my search in any way possible. She asked me nothing about why I was looking to bring my kids to counseling, which, in restespect should have been the main question asked. I ignore the weird red flags of impersonality and continue forward as an unguided and new apparent fool in this industry. I am then sent a barrage of who knows how many emails for this that and whatever asking to fill out this that and whatever, sign up for this portal, do this thing over here. Literally more work than taking a kid to a medical doctor. The so-called therapist, Ashley Esch, reaches out by email telling me I simply must fill out the patient portal information (in an I'm so concerned for you, but screw you manner) or she'll be unable to see my kids and I'll be charged cancellation fees. Great way to start a relationship, threatening someone with monetary penalty because they didn't fill out whatever was in this ridiculous portal. Heaven forbid my kids just come to the appointment and you like, just talk to them, you know, like a human being. I'm sorry, I don't get the tons of positive reviews about this place at all. The entire experience was like a restaurant, just nothing but fake concern to walk away with your money. Then to add insult to injury they do charge me a $60 cancellation fee that's double what my deductible would have been. This place is a cold hearted cash grab, at least go find someone that accommodates you when they're robbing you."

"Unsa Memon is the best clinician Ive ever had. She is kind, caring, patient, attentive, and understanding. She does everything she can for her clients and makes sure they are getting a variety of resources to help them. I am so truly grateful to have found her and couldn’t have asked for a better clinician."

She has a way of getting even the most introverted personalities feeling comfortable enough to talk to her with ease. Rachel has great intuition when reading a situation and helps all involved to understand the whys and hows of situations. She has helped us learn new ways of thinking and communicating as a whole, probably more than she even realizes. She has opened a new chapter of self realization and self growth in our lives that we will be forever grateful for."
