"The service is great, and while I am not tech savvy, their is always someone to call since working at home has become a thing; the discounts are many, and benefits too, but in a trade for privacy, which I don't mind but am disabled and not in any commerce type business, on a fixed income, and lose everything online, drive 1000 miles a year but own cars old and beat up , no collision just liability, and it's amazing what people give up for money. I'd welcome them following my phone (ALL OF THE TIME!) when it's only for Drive Wise , when in use doesn't work for some reason? Other than that they have been great, but I am old school and they don't like that for some reason, maybe because paper can't disappear or be edited from around the world. I don't know about anything online except I've been robbed there too, but the world is changing very late in my lives and I know deep down that is what is in this realm and the next step, and who knows from there. Maybe I will get well and thrive a couple decades and maybe I will die tonight, depending if they release some patents or not."

"Never had any interaction with them. Was notified by email that they were my new agent right before my policy was renewed. Policy increased significantly from last period despite no accidents or tickets. Was supposed to be getting the safe driver bonus but haven't seen that in a year. The driver app doesn't work. Looking for new coverage & agents."
