"My psychiatrist wanted me to get lab work for a medication that I had a large supply of and did not need to be refilled. I meet with her only once every 3 months. We mey on a Friday and she was made fully aware that I had a large supply of the medication she needed the labs for. She must have been very upset that while we only meet every 3 months I forgot the labs again because they a re e fasting labs and I always end up drinking something when I wake up. I have severe anxiety and panic attacks and can not take the kind of medication that takes away panic attacks. She knows this. She knows it's danger of us to stop someone's medication suddenly as well. I told her I would have to get the lab work done on Monday, as I said it was a Friday afternoon appointment. After being made aware that I had run out of my main anxiety medicine, which I had been on for over 10 years, she decided it would be a great idea to play games with my physical and mental health by cutting me from 1600 mg of this med a day for over ten years to 0 mg a day. That's right I'm 43 years old and my psychiatrist decided to punish me. So I call and speak to a supervisor who defends her actions by telling me she needs my labs to prescribe the medicine and I said the labs aren't for the medicine I need. Then she full out admitted it was to teach me a lesson. So if you are looking for a doctor who will treat you like a child and be careless with your physical and mental health to teach you who's in charge, Creative Health is the perfect place for you. They treated me as if I were completely inferior and altogether unimportant as a human being. That was not the first HORRIBLE experience I have had there. They do not care!"
"This place is literally my only option and I pay through the nose for insurance. They make me pay out of pocket to move up the line to be seen so... thuggish much? (btw they accept my insurance)"
