"Great customer service! Got back to me right away! We're switching Vets due to family members and us as well having issues with our current Vet. Who used to be the best in Erie County, but not since the main vet retired. Animal Ark Pet Hospital got us in right away when our 7 year old Guinea pig was sick. They were so kind and gentle with him. We had to put him down, and the vet was absolutely wonderful. I look forward to doing more business with them concerning my dogs in the future."
"Vet is nice and seems to have knowledge of bunnies somewhat. I’m ok getting my bunnies checkup and vaccine here but anything else I’ll just go to Cleveland. My bunny wasn’t well and I called them, said I had to wait 5 hrs and there was nothing I could do until then. The part about this place that really irks me is that the 2 times I’ve been there the receptionists haven’t even acknowledged me and then when I take it upon myself to check in they don’t even tell me if I need to have a seat, they’ll be with you shortly, nothing, so I just stand there awkwardly. Just odd and makes me dread having to do it again. My bunny is my baby and I want him in the best hands and unfortunately in this area we don’t have many options :("
