"DO NOT BRING YOUR DOG HERE!!! Countless times we brought our beloved husky here, trying to figure out what was wrong with him. They promised us they did bloodwork, come to find out they NEVER did. They told us to routinely come back and then would CANCEL appointments day of. They made his life miserable and they did not help us at all. And now my dog is dead. My dog is dead because of Maple Hills Veterinary Hospital."
"A couple weeks ago, I brought my hamster in bc he was sick. Unfortunately, he had to be put down because he was too sick to recover, but the staff was very caring and kind through that difficult moment. They explained everything clearly to me and were patient and sympathetic and gave me the time I needed. They even sent me a card afterward to give condolences which I found really touching. Thank you to the staff there; I would trust them with any other future pet I have."
