"Worse vets ever mine poor Rudolph was in for dental surgery and the vet left him worse off than he went in and now lives in really bad pain and not the same thanks to the vet mr smith don’t go here stay away and they say they spoke to me but never have or even said sorry or offered to help just left poor Rudolph to suffer in pain and if u speak up or anything to protect your fur baby they kick u out of there practice to be able to go there all because u spoke up for your fur baby who has no voice to do it’s self so watch out about going here because they will hurt your fur baby in surgery and if u speak up about it they will stop seeing u and they don’t care to fix there mistakes"

"I’ve been taking my pup to Twinbrook for several years. Dr. Smith is her Primary Vet. He provides great care. My dog needed a specialized surgery due to BOAS (she is a bulldog and had a hard time breathing). Dr. Smith listened and sent us to a specialized clinic so she could get the best care. Dr. Smith called multiple times to check on her. She has also seen Dr. Rosenthal. Both doctors take their time and address all of our needs. Our pup has severe allergies so it’s been a challenge figuring out diet/care but our vet seen it through and helped us! We have always felt supported by the Twinbrook team! The staff are friendly, relatable and kind! The staff know how scared our pup gets and ensure she is comfortable to make it a little easier for her. I recommend this Veterinarian for your pet!"
