"I don’t normally write a review, but I felt compelled too with how I feel I’ve been treated trying to get FMLA & short term disability paperwork completed. First off, I wish I didn’t have to have surgery, but I do unfortunately. I’m doing my part to get the paperwork processed & when I went to my surgical consult, they wouldn’t take the paperwork (and was made to feel at that point that I was asking for something ridiculous to be done) and directed me to drive to another location, which I did in a horrible rainstorm only to find that they were not open. I called to see if I could mail them because the location is out of my way. When I got the return call the immediate feeling I got was that I’m putting them out (so, second time being made to feel I’m in the wrong). Talking down to me and pushing me off the phone as quickly as possible. I have no issue taking time out of my work schedule to get something done. I was trying to get the days and hours of operation so I’m not wasting my time to take the time off work when no one is there. I felt very rushed off the phone and I clearly was viewed as a pain to be dealt with. I even apologized for being a problem & only then did they slightly acknowledge me, but then spoke to me as if I were a child “that they were just trying to explain their process”. I understand that there are processes in place, but the delivery of that process led me here to leave a review because of how bad the experience made me feel. It felt like I’m doing something wrong. I’ve been a patient of Dr. Clark’s for years and he is absolutely wonderful and I’ve never had this issue with his office before they merged with East Suburban. I will remain there because he is so wonderful & that is the only reason. Trust me, I wish I didn’t have to need this surgery that requires me to have paperwork done. Have more compassion for the patients."

"I have been seeing Dr. Benjamin Peticca for 13 years now and delivered my son at this practice 14 years ago. I have never been a fan of the office staff, very cold and rude but I like the provider. I called today to make my annual appointment and instead of contacting a receptionist in the office I was routed to AHN scheduling department. I was put on hold for 12 minutes so (Shannon) could find an available appointment and then was told there were no appointments available. I was told someone from the office would get back to me. I don't even understand how there are no appointments at ANY office. I guess I need to find a new OBGYN."

"Showed up at 3:20 in Monroeville for my 3:30 appointment. The girl at said my appointment was as n murrysville. She said she would call them and I could still go. It was Friday traffic and I hit many red lights and got behind one stalled vehicle. I also had to walk to my car parked far in the lot. At 3:50 right before pulling into murrysville office, the girl calls me asking where I am and they wanted to reschedule. The other girl told me it should only have taken 15 minutes!!!!"

"I have been going to this provider for several years and liked them very much. Recently it has been terrible. I have been attempting to be seen for 2 years!!! My last annual exam was in 2020. I have had the office cancel my appointment 3 times via email. After the same physician cancelled on me two times due to office being closed or out of the office, I tried a different doctor who is now cancelling due to being out of the office. Appointment was for Sept emailed August to cancel and cannot reschedule until February next year. If I cancelled this often I am sure I would be refused or billed. No recourse as a patient. Last cancellation email had a phone, ext to call to rescheudle that just rang with no answer or voicemail."

"If I could leave a negative star review it would be -10 stars. This group is AWFUL. They are pushy, rude, unprofessional, and try to push inductions and c sections on you when it’s clearly not medically necessary to do so. In particular, Dr.Charek was the worst of them all. She started out to be my favorite and that quickly turned when she called me multiple times with unprofessional attitude and screaming at me on the phone. They absolutely will treat you different if you give push back to their recommendations. Their language is VERY corrosive and is not phrased in the way where you as the patient have the ability to take their recommendations and decide how to proceed. It’s very much their way or the highway. DO NOT USE THIS GROUP if you value your autonomy and want a positive pregnancy and birth experience. I switched from them to the midwives at Jefferson and couldn’t be more thankful that I did."
