"Literally the worst!!! The front desk NEVER does their jobs. I worked in medical field and I have never dealt with such unprofessional people. This office is unorganized and the doctor DR MORGAN NEVER gets on the phone or actually assists her patients. My fiancé has been going to her for 8+ years because he never needed anything serious in the past, but now that he needs tests and referrals - this office and doctor are the worst I’ve ever experienced. I go to Dr Bridget (also an affiliate of mercy primary care different location) and she’s the best always answers the portal and the phone. THIS OFFICE IS A DISGRACE TO THE MEDICAL FIELD. They don’t care about their patients at all. We were hung up on multiple times on many different days in the last 6 months trying to figure out what’s going on with my fiancé. On hold for over an hour then they answer and hang up and don’t call back. When you finally get in contact with them, they promise you they will call you back with info and NEVER do."

"I loved this place when I first stared going there. I have called two days in a row and they keep saying they will call me back. It's day three no call back I suffer from asthma and they know that I asked if could at least get my refill done since they can't make me an appt unless they talk to the doctor which is ridiculous. I had to go to urgent care so I could actually be seen and helped. Don't go here they don't care about their patients."

"I want to say...the staff and Medical Team are absolutely 100% FANTASTIC, however....getting ahold of them on the phone is next to impossible. I have called over 15 times in 1 day and waited 30 minutes to just have the call disconnect. I have done this on probably 50 different days. I have been to this office many times, and I have physically witnessed staff putting people on hold and meanwhile they aren't even doing anything. I'm not quick to judge because maybe they are busy doing something on the computer, but it is at a point where it is almost not human. I want whoever reads this review to NOT write me back with an apology, because it means next to nothing. I see all the apologies already and nothing changes. Do better, or lose a ton of clients."

"I’d like to say I’ve only ever had good experiences with the staff in the office. Even the front desk staff have only ever been nice to me. Hence the 2 stars. However, I can without a doubt agree with the other complaints made in every other review. Getting in contact with the office is flat out impossible over the phone. The website is laughably broken. I can try making an appointment any time on any day and it’ll still say it had a problem booking my appointment. For check ups that aren’t time sensitive I’d say this office is perfect. But for cases like me right now where I have a slew of issues that need addressing soon, just go to an urgent care and pray they don’t send you to the hospital."

"I have been a patient at this office for 5 years now and let’s just say if you don’t have the patient portal good luck every getting to contact one in the office. I have tried multiple times in the past 2 months to call the office and sat on hold every-time for at least 30 minutes before finally hanging up. I don’t understand because even a year ago I never had an issue getting through the line and at least getting greeted. Now you get through and put right on hold. I can honestly say they need new receptionists because their previous receptionist was fantastic and 90% of the time she was there alone. Please get it together because the doctors, PAs, NPs and nurses are fabulous, but your receptionists make this practice look awful."
