"My doctor faxed an order in February 3, 2022 and it’s been almost 3 weeks and I didn’t received any supplies so I decided to call today and was told the order was placed on a co worker desk for about 2 and a half weeks what I”m trying to understand is why didn’t the co worker take the fax where it belongs now I have to wait probably another 2 weeks just to get my supplies I’m a new customer not sure if I’ll stay with this supplier makes me wonder if the staff have compassion for the customers that need their supplies. I will like to speak with a manager or someone that is in charge."
