"This is not your Walmart, or Giant Eagle beef... don't be afraid to pay for good meat. I recently bought a prime rib roast from Elluinger's. The meat quality was amazing. really good fat marbling. nice fat cap, nice spinalis. If you plan to make GOOD steaks or good roasts, check out Elluinger's."
