"I lived at Westgate Village Apartments for 3 years. Maintained nicely and the office staff is very friendly and helpful. The maintenance comes quick and they’re friendly. The complex was close to work but also close to many other things like shoppes and restaurants. I recommend living at Westgate Village Apartments."

"My experience at Westgate Village Apartments in Malvern, PA was a mixed bag. While the initial days seemed promising, the recurring maintenance issues turned our stay into a nightmare. Although the maintenance team was responsive and quick to address our concerns, the solutions provided were often temporary, failing to address the root cause. The recurring water supply issues were highly problematic, affecting not just our unit but four blocks of approximately 80 families. The frequent disruptions during weekends caused significant distress. Regrettably, the leasing office's initial response was lackluster, displaying a concerning lack of urgency and prioritization of our concerns. As these challenges persist, it's evident that Westgate Village Apartments risks losing its appeal and credibility among the neighborhood residents.. Furthermore, the overall quality of appliances, flooring, carpeting, and bathroom fittings in our unit was subpar. Most of the features were outdated and damaged, leading to a weekly ritual of maintenance tickets. Given the rent we paid, I had expected a higher standard of living from the Westgate Village Management team."

"We've lived here nearly 3 years. We've never had a major problem. We've had minor problems requiring the the help of the maintenance crew. The situations are always addressed quickly, effectively, and in a professional, yet friendly way. The grounds are nicely kept year around. When I have had a question or needed something from the office they have always gotten back to me in a timely manner. They are also always fast and efficient as well as professional and always friendly. The complex is kept clean. It's very quiet. My guess is that it's a little more expensive to live here than other comparable places. Particularly when one considers the age of the complex.But I think it's worth it to live where it's quiet, I am not afraid to come home after dark, I don't worry about my Amazon packages disappearing, and I know that any problems I have with my home will be taken care of immediately. It's worth the peace of mind. This is a great place to live!"

"I almost feel nostalgic as I write this review since we have spent 10 years at Westgate village apartments, Frazer PA. As I look back I have loads of happy memories. We had an incredible time as both our kids grew up in the community (my son graduated this year from Great Valley High School). The support staff is amazing, very courteous, warm and helpful. A special big Thanks to the maintenance folks for addressing our needs promptly over the years. We miss the place !"
