Method Karate is a health institution located at 2165 Mount Bethel Highway in Mount Bethel, Pennsylvania, United States. We offer karate classes for kids starting at seven years old, teaching them the basic fundamentals of karate that will set a strong foundation for further training. Our students learn confidence, self-discipline, and control that will benefit them in all aspects of life. In addition to our traditional karate classes, we also offer the Youth Ninja program for ages 4-12, combining martial arts with gymnastics and parkour training. Our Tiny Ninjas program is designed to entertain and motivate our youngest students, ages 5 and under, helping them increase motor skills, confidence, and coordination.
