"I have never seen Dr. Cole myself, but I have spoken with one of his office staff members, and, I agree with the other negative review, that there was no compassion there. On top of that, the receptionist with whom I politely spoke hung up on the phone on me without so much as a "Your welcome" or a "Good-bye." Pretty hurtful, especially when you're not feeling well. :( Glad the call was recorded so it can be used to educate staff on what not to do. I would like to say I am sorry for whatever difficulties are going on in in this receptionist's life, and I would like her to know that I said a prayer for her."
