"After I had an incident with a deer, I was not sure what to expect since this was my first time having my car repaired in this manner. Pro Team Collision could not have been more helpful and professional. Josh was able to work around my schedule to provide an estimate and schedule my vehicle for repairs. Adam did a terrific job overseeing the entire repair process and I was updated with frequent texts which was very much appreciated. Shannon responded to my many e-mail inquiries very quickly and was instrumental in coordinating my repairs with the rental car company. Of course, Jackson, the sweetest dog who is also their mascot, was there to greet me for each visit and always made my day. When I picked-up my vehicle, which was ready a day early, I was blown away with how good the repairs looked and the marvelous job they did in cleaning my car (inside and out). I wish I could give them MORE THAN 5 STARS!! Thank you for the wonderful service. My expectations were greatly exceeded."
