"It's not often that I write reviews online, but I will say I was extremely impressed and grateful for the service I received. I came in with a flat tire 2 hours before closing and the shop was clearly extremely busy. The shop ended up squeezing me in despite the chaos. The workers were extremely kind and professional. They also honored my warranty for my tires, which the Glen Mills Costco did not. I will only be going to the KOP Costco in the future for car related issues and would recommend anyone to go to KOP over Glen Mills. It is not often that you find workers who are so positive and genuinely nice to their customers."
