Since our inception in 1996 by founder Donna Shriver, we have been committed to providing quality early childhood education to children from six weeks to 12 years of age. The Prospect Borough Police Chief's office is committed to maintaining public safety and providing essential services to the residents of Prospect, Pennsylvania. Located at 159 Monroe Street, our police department serves a close-knit community of approximately 1200 residents, situated just minutes away from the scenic Moraine State Park and the renowned Big Butler Fair.
