"Please beware of this apartment complex. They will try to extort you when you are moving out. Make sure to take pictures and videos when you move out or they will try to send you a bill of fraudulent charges and send you to collections. Thank God I took pictures. Please beware and stay safe Also their apartments are run down, debilitated and appliances do not work. They deleted my first review so I had to post again to warn you guys. All they do is delete negative reviews so people don’t find out about their fraudulent ways. Please beware of this apartment complex and stay safe."

"Lived here a total of going into two years. Lived on the first floor over a year...GREAT PEOPLE, GREAT SERVICE....but if you’re planning on moving into apartment 101 I advice you to look for another floor apartment unless you want to come home after working 12 hours to overflooded sinks and wet carpets due to your neighbors. They moved me to another floor unit on the 5th floor and I am very much happy. No maintenance issues, the occasional noisy neighbors but other than that my experience has been great. Very clean, nice looking apartment otherwise."

"I lived here for a few years and loved it here. My neighbors were pleasant and the building is in a great location, right next to Giant Eagle and Target. The maintenance team is always quick to address any issues. Also, the front office will safely hold on to any big mail packages, so you don't have to worry about that. The rent is very reasonable too. I would recommend RidgeView Towers to anyone in the area looking for a nice place to live."

"The towers are a great place to live! I stayed for a year because I had to move-out due to job relocation, else I would definitely have continued to live here! Everything about the apartment complex is awesome. The apartment room (1BR) is spacious, kitchen is with all new appliances, living room is big! And what can i say about the professionalism of the leasing team! Both Chris and April are awesome professionals. They listen to your issues and right away try to provide applicable solution. I had some great general conversations all these months whenever I stopped by the office. The maintenance staff is also really good and competent. They are very effective and quick in fixing any related issues. I have had a really good time with the community and leasing team. I would definitely recommend this community to any future applicant! Thanks Chris and April! All the best to the team."
