"Have been going here since they moved into the Edinboro office. This was my favorite dentist I have ever been too. The dentist was always calming and made me feel welcomed there. When covid happend due to my job I got covid multiple times due to out breaks at the prison and had to keep rescheduling a root canal due to being sick. After this the desk staff made scheduling any future apointments very difficult. I was told I had to schedule a teeth cleaning a year out in advance due to staffing issues. I missed this appointment due to me not geting a reminder call or text. Once I figured this out I called and rescheduled another appointment another 6 months out. After I got my teeth cleaned I made another appointment and missed this one due to being forced to work over time last minute. When I called in to make another appointment I was told I could no longer go here due to me missing so many appointments. However I was told I could schedule a cleaning a year out. I waited a few weeks and called again and had the same runaround with scheduling a year out. This appears to be a game the front desk staff play. The desk staff were very unprofessional and rude on the phone. Sadly me and my family will be taking our business elsewhere. If I could rate the dentist sperately I would give him 5 stars. One star is for the desk staffs unprofessionalism."

"Dr. Andryc is a wonderful dentist!! My daughter does not like going to the dentist. She takes ALOT of time and medication to be numb enough to do dental work. She needed a root canal and crown. The procedure was hours more than expected and Dr Andryc put her pain and needs before his slotted time. His patience and kindness to myself and mostly my daughter went above and beyond. He took all the time that was needed to keep her comfortable and her the work done safety and correctly. I highly recommend him to all ages."

"Would NOT recommend. Dr. Andryc was always super nice, until we were all canceled 1 week before our recent 6 month cleaning. This is NOT the first time we've been canceled without another close rescheduled appointment. So, 6 month cleaning turns into a 9 month cleaning. Horrible front office staff. They are extremely unprofessional and are rude to patients, then cry when the patients are rude back. Until there is a change in their front office staff, his business will continue to lose patients. So sad for him. Look elsewhere."

"Best dentist/office I have ever been to! It's very clean and Dr.Andryc does excellent work. Makes you feel comfortable and at ease. All of the hygienists are also very friendly and make going to the dentist a pleasurable experience."

"Awesome dentist! Dr. Andryc did an outstanding job at cleaning my teeth. No pain (mainly cause I keep up) and the staff at Greater Erie Dental seemed pretty knowledgeable and friendly… I’m confident my smile will last a long time. I highly recommend."
