"My husband bought me a ring for our anniversary at the Allentown location, but since it wasn't quite a good fit we went to exchange it. Went to the Bethlehem location found a couple that were very nice, but a bit over the price he paid for the first. I found one i really loved but it too was priced higher than the original one he bought, the ladies there were AMAZING!! They allowed us to exchange the ring at no extra cost to my husband!! God bless this store and the ladies that helped us out that day!!"
"December 20,2016, a chip had to be replaced in a pendant on my necklace. 2/5 months, my necklace is not fixed. Weekly they reported different reasons why it was not fixed. On February17, 2017, they reported the only person that can repair my necklace was in the hospital. When. I asked on several occasions for my necklace back, they informed me that they could not open their safe. Prior to this they had several of my rings for months!! After using them for years, I will never use them again. Update: On 3/21/2017, I received a call that my necklace was ready to be picked up. They finally was able to open the safe!!!!!!"
