"They did a great job with my Geely! Their cat facilities are really beautiful. Each cat gets 1 hour of playtime per day outside of the cat condo. The staff was very attentive to his needs and they even contacted me to let me know he was not eating much (which is completely normal when a cat is outside of his/her comfort zone). Geely was perfectly fine and had a wonderful visit, I just really appreciated how much they cared about him! I would 10/10 recommend to a friend. We love Philly Pet Hotel & Villas!"

"This place is the best! I was so nervous to leave my cat for the first time. The process was so easy. All fees are clearly listed on their website. No hidden fees. Everything is presented to you from the start. When you call they go even more into detail. In person visit eased my mind and I booked within a few minutes. Every person I came into contact with was so friendly and knowledgeable. You can actually feel that they care about your baby :) all the doggies I saw checking in and out were so happy! My check in and out was a breeze. I added on daily updates and it was just the cutest. I was actually looking forward to it. And so happy to hear that my cat was so well taken care of and loved. I got the cutest photos and details of his stay. My cat stayed there for 4 days. I’m so happy with their service and will absolutely use them again. Highly recommend for anyone looking for great service, amazing care for your baby, and the most seamless process. Thank you so much!!"

"This is now the umpteenth time we’ve lodged our dog, Cosmo, here, but a perfect example of how Philadelphia Pet Hotel & Villas always goes above and beyond: While I had arranged for a late check out, my flight kept getting delayed. I ended up picking up Cosmo at midnight, and even at that time, there was someone there to hand him over and carefully read me his detailed chart (notes on his stay)! This same visit, they gave me a call to let me know Cosmo had gotten a tiny scratch on his nostril while playing… so tiny that I probably wouldn’t have noticed it day-to-day, but they did! They watch over many dogs but still deliver attentive and individualized care to each dog. The peace of mind I get when traveling knowing Cosmo is safe and cared for is worth it every cent. As seen below, Cosmo himself cannot wait for his next stay."

"Excellent service by compassionate, experienced staff. They take the time to get to know each guest individually and provide activities based on their specific needs. Our little dog Sami is 14 and can no longer keep up with energetic group activities. The staff suggested engaging him with private play, extra TLC sessions, and gentle interaction with dogs of similar age and temperament. He was noticeably happy after a three-night stay and slept deeply and peacefully when we got him home. The facility is clean and has plenty of indoor and outdoor space, dedicated parking, and a convenient location near the airport. I had no problem reserving by phone a week in advance and everyone was friendly and helpful. Extremely well-managed facility with clear communication. I’ll certainly use them again and highly recommend them."
