"I went to this dermatologist office about ten years ago. I had major inflammation in my entire body, which was pushing toxins and debris out of my body, through my skin. I was getting neuroapathic zaps, which were breaking my skin on the surface. I was finding the debris on my skin when my body was rejecting it all, during these frequent attacks. It was all so PAINFUL. It's embarrassing, but I thought maybe it was from bug bites, mites, or something worse. Would you believe, these doctors made fun of me, and told me I needed a psychiatrist. Ten years later, I now know that they completely missed the signs of relapsing polychondritis, a vascular autoimmune disease, which can be fatal. Those zapping "bites" were actually Neuropathy!! Early detection would have made it so I could walk normally today, so I wouldn't be losing function in my hands, feet, or much of my limbs, so my brain doesn't feel like it's being squeezed.. And, just maybe, I wouldn't have lost significant amounts of my hearing as well. If you have anything complicated going on with your body, I would avoid this practice. Make sure that you advocate for yourself... In the sense that, if you KNOW your problem is NOT psychosomatic but it's implied by others to be, go elsewhere... But don't let yourself be gaslit by a community of doctors who aren't educated enough to consider early detection of rare, let alone any autoimmune diseases."

"A resident or fellow examined you first ( they don’t listen to the problem) … then the doctor sashays in, without taking time listen to the problem or even looking at the problem. Then they are order a cream and call it a day. Very disappointing."

"Recently changed to Dr. Patton from Dr. Kress due to him having telehealth and more availability. First I want to say that he is great! The people answering the phones however are not. Called to ask if I needed to make an appointment to get a lower dose of my cream or if they could just send it to the pharmacy. The woman on the phone had an attitude and told me I need to see one doctor at a time. Which I am. I no longer see Dr. Kress. I told her that and she wasn’t having it. Very rude."

"I have been to this facility with my dad for more than 5 times, My dad was never seen on time. I have to wait half an hour least to an hour after the scheduled time to be called. Huge negligence in scheduling and always the receptionist said, we have emergency pt here for excuse. The doctor is OK but you need to be prepared like ER visit."

"This practice has gone down hill since the Covid-19 Pandemic. The office manager cannot run an efficient practice and uses excuses that while may have flown during the pandemic, are not common in other practices at this point. They also know the wait of an alternative provider makes it prohibitive for patients to change doctors after establishing care. On top of this, the MA staff is NOT responsive. It should not take more than a month to get a reply on an ongoing illness even after multiple attempts via different channels. If you have not already established patient care here, I would encourage you to try to find another dermatology practice or plan to take an entire morning/afternoon off when you have an appointment and expect little to no follow up even if you have additional questions."
