"I paid to have my pool covered by King’s. One week later, it blew off. They came and recovered it. This week, it blew off again. This time, all of the leaves and dirty water went into the pool. When I called, I was told that if it was not installed properly, it would be their responsibility to clean the debris out of the water. But if the cord snapped or the pool caps came off, it would be my responsibility. They came to inspect it and the cords did not break and the caps were intact. He told me it was not his fault, but the “winds”. He screamed at me and then hung up on me. I called the office only to find out it was the OWNER who was screaming at me! This is no way to treat your customers. I paid $300 to have the cover come off twice, debris in my pool, and to be yelled at and hung up on by the owner. No thanks. I’ll take my business elsewhere."
