"I've attended a couple of exceptional TFW online workshops so far. One was a seminar-style presentation on healthy sleep with Becca Adleberg, who was both informative and entertaining. I came away with practical knowledge I've already been able to use. The other was a four-week overview of dialectical behavior therapy with Kathryn Hilton, who did a fantastic job explaining DBT skills for 90 minutes each Wednesday, helping us work through understanding and applying the concepts, and fielding some difficult questions about heavy subjects. I greatly appreciate the time, effort, and passion that TFW and all their employees put into the care they provide. Highly recommended."
