"This is absolutely the worst bus service I have ever dealt with in a long time. Unfortunately this "bus service" is the only way I can get to work. I have had several issues since starting to ride these busses again back in December. They say show up to the stops early and then the busses are 10-15 minutes late. Honestly how much traffic is there coming from donora to Charleroi at 0600? Literally just this morning I was waving at the bus driver as I was maybe 2 feet away from the bus stop and they kept driving. But at the transit center they wait a few minutes for people to run over from the parking lot. If I could give them a 0 I would."
