"I called to schedule an appointment and was given a 7am time slot. I remember it was 7am because that was incredibly early, but I was told it was the only slot available. When I showed up I was told that I was scheduled for 9am and they couldn't fit me in-- "too busy." Unfortunately, I had booked over the phone so I didn't have a confirmation email. There was no one else there. On the website for booking appointments there was an empty slot for 7am. When I pointed this out - that there was literally no one else there and that I had the appointment they shrugged their shoulders. Not even an apology. If I had a choice I would never use this company."
