"If I could, I would give ZERO stars. I moved out two months ago and they are ghosting me instead of returning my security deposit that amounts to over two thousand dollars. The management is horrible at communicating, and simply hangs up my calls and ignores my emails/messages. Do NOT live here please, it’s overpriced tiny apartments with small appliances."

"Everything is great but internet. If you are a person who wants to enjoy with fast, stable internet, try to find another. I tried to contact manager about the internet issue and when I ask if I can get a better internet or at least they fix the connection problem, they are just not reply, but they are responsible for everything else. My roommates also have same thought about the internet and they also tried to contact the managers, they became silence once we are trying talk about the internet. In general this is a good place, everything is perfect but the internet."

"I have been living here since July of 2020. I am, perhaps, the only non-student in this building (I am a professor at Lehigh University). Almost all (if not all) my neighbors are students at Lehigh. These apartments are furnished but I was allowed to bring 7 bookcases (for my books) and a recliner chair (to deal with some back pain). My unit is a beautiful one-bedroom and the amenities are wonderful. The unit has a significantly large window with a screen (for fresh air). My unit comes with a large sofa, several comfortable chairs, three movable tables, a full-size bed with a good mattress, a large working desk with several drawers, two closets, and a relatively large kitchen counter (with a good size sink). Also, there are electric stove with an oven, a medium size refrigerator, a good size TV set with a TV stand (that has three shelves and two additional drawers), and a dishwasher. The bathroom is spacious and nice. The rent includes all utilities. The living environment is quite and very conducive for work. Each floor has 4 nice study lounges. I use them a lot when I am working on a book (since I have a large assortment of books and references). I also sometimes meet with students in these lounges. Each floor has two laundry rooms with several (free-of-charge) washing machines and dryers. All colors and arrangements are aesthetically pleasing. The building is equipped with an elevator and there is a large private parking lot at the back of the building (the rent to reserve a parking spot is very reasonable). And there is a lot more why I love living in Polk On Third. First, the property management is terrific. They are very friendly and very accessible to the residents. If anything goes wrong, one can request maintenance through the online portal, and the problem will be addressed and fixed competently and quickly. Add to this that Polk On Third has an absolutely great location. It's in the heart of the business district of the Southside Bethlehem. On the first floor of the building and all around it, there are many great restaurants and other businesses (some of them are open throughout the night and to the early morning hours, such as 3 am). If you love the urban feel, this place is for you. And, of course, Polk On Third is within short walking distance from Lehigh's main campus. I have absolutely no complaints at all. I love living here."

"Convenient location and fully furnished which is great BUT The size of the stove and the fridge is smaller than your average appliances. 3rd street is quite noisy. The management team constantly changes and the place is poorly managed - which is not something one would expect from such an expensive place. When I first moved in, the apartment was SO DIRTY, there was still some garbage left behind by the past tenants, despite the fact that I had made an appointment weeks prior to moving. My roommate and I are currently transferring to another apartment within the building and management is making us move out for FIVE days just to move back down the hall. Despite the commodity this place offers, it is poorly managed and whoever is in charge just does not consider that students do work and study and cannot be moving in and out of the building in the middle of the week."
