"Love the new dollar tree, lots of selection. However, I am only giving it a 3 based on n how I witnessed management treat an employee. It was relatively busy while I was there and there was two people ringing. One was a manager and the other was lady who didn't seem like she had received proper training, and the manager was so rude to her every time she hit a wrong button or had a question. If the individual was not ready to ringing people out she should have never been expected to ring out customers. I felt bad for her, and you could tell she was nervous and overwhelmed, being rude to your employees especially in front of customers does not look good to the public and the manager should work on that."
