"They need to recheck their employees some of them just work for a paycheck but don’t even know how to do the job correctly. I got no where with help and told to take it to the shop bc they don’t know what else to do after they ran my engine check. What a waste of time. Wouldn’t recommend going to this store unless you wanna get horrible advice and lazy help"
"Store's associates are very friendly & helpful. Had to exchange installed wiper blades that I purchased a few days earlier that turned out to be the wrong size. NO hassle whatsoever - absolute courtesy and they even removed the wrong ones and installed the correct ones."
"Absolutely the best staff and customer care! 5 stars does not even begin to describe what the guys at this location did for us. We were 8 hours into a 10 hour drive when our car started to make grinding noise from the back tire. Luckily we stopped here and right away they could identify what the issue was and that our brake pad was completely off and wrapping the rotor. They helped me buy the brake pads and even let us borrow all the tools to fix it. From the jack stand, to the wrenches to even altering a new tool to fit into the brake compressor (which was rusted horribly). I remind you, they did all of this in 20 degree weather AND two hours after they closed. They stayed with us, doing everything they could to make sure we could safety leave and get home. Thanks again to the guys who did all of this for us!"
