Arlene Schnitzer Concert Hall
The Arlene Schnitzer Concert Hall, located at 1037 Southwest Broadway in Portland, Oregon, is a historic venue known for its stunning Italian Rococo Revival architecture. Originally built in 1928 as the Portland Public Theatre and later renamed the Paramount Theatre, the venue has been beautifully restored thanks to a generous donation from Arlene and Harold Schnitzer. As one of the last surviving theater venues on Broadway, the Arlene Schnitzer Concert Hall continues to host a wide variety of performances, including classical, jazz, pop, rock, folk, and gospel music, as well as dance, theatre, travel films, conferences, and weddings. It is a hub for cultural events and entertainment in Portland.
