"When we moved in it was great, but over time it got worse and worse. It used to be a reasonably priced place to live, but that time has passed. It's overpriced for the repairs made and the age, the parking lot has so many issues and they don't have the means to fix it. Management is decent most of the time, almost everyone living here can't afford it though. They do construction with little to no warning. The neighbors are terrible, but they don't care. Definitely avoid this place, if you're gonna pay through the nose, go somewhere nicer. If you live in a middle apartment they'll get on you for everything placed in front of your door, even if it isn't trash. They don't care about the other doors because you can't see them from the street, there are a lot of double standards. I couldn't even leave my trash outside for a few minutes while I got more before they reported it and charged me, when I was taking it out at that very moment. Everyone is inconsiderate of each other, it's not as great as it seems."

"Very nice community and staff that are always there to help very quickly if a problem arises. The building care and staff are very helpful and friendly. The location is close to shopping, restaurants and car care and fuel."

"Where do I even begin the office staff is so nice so this post is regarding the property itself not the tour guide. We went to visit this property looking in the area for a new apt. First one we saw was a 3 bedroom 1 bath /3rd floor apartment kitchen looked updated with new cabinets but the flooring and paint along walls ugh. The first thing noticed strong odor of cigarette smoke with shampoo carpet scent. As someone with asthma and allergies I can’t fathom ever moving into an apt like that. Our tour guide lady seemed unphased. (Apts are supposed to be smoke free but we saw burnt cigarette butts on property grounds) The popcorn ceilings are questionable for asbestos since the buildings have been there since the 70s. The bedrooms had recently been painted and you could tell where paint was missed in areas thru out. The amount of clutter/trash outside apartments was sad. Their parking situation just a big no some apartments can have up to 3 vehicles. The stairs and walkways looked like they had not been pressure washed in years with gum and tar stains. Railings peeling sticky and gross. The laundry rooms looked dirty and like they’ve never been mopped or cared for. The apartments need a face lift on the outside bark around the trees, grass plants not just at the office. Second apartment we saw didn’t smell like smoke but the closet outside area on patio smelled like something was rotting in it we didn’t open it. The stench was bad. The chalking on the bathrooms and paint overall still problematic walls need to be cleaned off mold prior to painting on top that’s what it looked like. If you drive the property you can see multiple residences with broken blinds, and clutter everywhere on window sills."

"I really don't know where to start with a review about this place..... last year I found myself in need of a place fast and cheap for myself and my children..... I got approved and moved in. they where very accommodating with my emotional support animals and the process for that. however... when we moved in the walk through had already been done for us.... my daughters bedroom window was broken and needed to be replaced. it took 3 weeks to fix and it was during the freeze that winter so our apartment was unbearably cold. the apartment is settling very bad causing a huge crack in the master and my sons room from the window to the floor. the storm windows and sliding glass doors constantly have mold in them due to being HIGHLY outdated. the bathroom has not been properly sealed and the mold smell is the worst. leaking into my daughters room and my master. If you are a multi-vehicle family good luck!!! you get one parking spot and there are about 20 visitor parking spots that I wanna say 10 families on the property rotate threw so you have to park in a huge parking lot that belongs to another company that start towing at 7am. I don't understand why some sort of contract hasn't been worked out to allow tenants to park in this parking lot . They do offer garage storage if you want to wait 14 months or so.... I feel these very few garages could be used as more parking for their tenants. The apartment had very little to offer in the way of upgrades the walls that where painted still had dirt and hair from the previous tenant that had just been painted over. I had brand new wood snap in flooring with paint splattered all of the them. The rental increase/discount for signing a renewal was not worth the discount. they are defiantly charging a premium/on par rental rate for a very dated/sub par product. I also feel like the office staff has a high turn over rate. I Included my move in move out sheets that where filled out by staff both times. luckily i feel like they knew that most of this stuff was here long before i moved in. I was only charged for a standard cleaning and paint and steam clean which i felt is fair. I Had no real issue with the people who lived there and made quite a few friends. No Security issues with my car being parked in the parking lot and they do have a security officer that patrols at least once an night. Adequate laundry room facilities throughout the property although old machines they do work, my unit had duct tape on one of the dryers to keep it closed but it stayed closed and dried very well. I just feel going from being a homeowner to having to rent in an emergency situation living at Rolling Hills Apartments was a humbling one to say the least, to be charged so much for so little was hard to pay every month. Please FULLY update the apartments for the health and safety of your tenants!"
