"Management constantly breaking rules while enforcing them on others. Packages ordered go to management office and they’re almost never there so I’ve had a few items stolen at the beginning. Driers hardly ever work leaving soaked clothes."

"Been here 4 years. Reoccuring mold on walls, keep mold killer on stock managers make tenants deal with it themselves. Consistant flea, ant, and beetle infestation. Last 2 managers including current have a habit of strong arming tenants! Accused us of damaging wet cement demanded almost a full months rent and threatened eviction, we didnt cause the damages there are 2 footprints someones initials and line carvings... the management did not care they just wanted money! They still have yet to use the money we paid to avoid eviction to repair those damages 6months later. Threatened to evict us if we did not get rid of our therapy animal even though they had paperwork on her! There is a guy who screams drunk around 2am at least 2 nights a week in the back building area. Inconsistent maintenance/manager visits(almost never visits the day/time paper informs), hard working maintenance. Shared laundry room almost always full.. better to go to laundry matt. Helpful community created a free box in laundryroom for anyone needing food, clothes, shoes, etc. Close to bus stop, easy walk to fredmyer if you like to walk. Next to hospital. WE ADVISE AGAINST LIVING HERE BUT IT IS CHEAP FOR THE AREA!"

"People park like they own the place and when you confront them they play stupid. Management doesn't take care of thier renters issues in a timely manner. I have a cabinet face that has been missing since i transfered apartments a year and a half ago. One maitnence guy rudely awoke me after a graveyard shift and after he was told i was sleeping and to not enter my bedroom. My fan in the bathroom sounds like it is about to take off out of the roof which is another thing that hasn't been done since i moved into my new apartment as well. Probably some of the worst apartments i have lived in. Don't forget about all the wiring issues, flooding apartments, and your electronics like to short and blow fuses in your breaker box. Have lived here for 3 going on 4 years and have consistantly been harrassed and falsely accused of multiple things.. Was suppose to have a fireplace that worked but the damper was broken and they refused to fix it saying it was too expensive for them to do so. The list could go on for days about the things wrong with these apartments and or its managment and maintence."

"Lived here for eons. Apartments are now sold to new owner and under new management. Very nice manager. It will take time to get things up to par. Terrace View can be beautiful when taken care of with pride which I hope will occur. (Dec. 2013)"
