"This place was okay. I was here solo for one night and it didn’t feel the safest. I arrived at night which probably didn’t help. The front desk people were very nice and had no issues there. The rooms were just very outdated and motel style. And the door to the rooms were glass sliders… I probably wouldn’t recommend to someone who was traveling solo."
"Such a nice quiet weekend. The views are stunning and the staff was awesome. The gentleman that works at night ,I believe Sam was a great guy and explained the area and the amenities of The hotel to us and was very friendly and made us feel welcome. The pool and hot tub were great. I would totally recommend to stay here. We will be back again."
"Nice Older but well kept place. Comfortable bed. Cozy. love the little wooden shutter in the bathroom for air. Friendly staff. Very safe and scenic neighborhood. Great location next to possibly the coolest beach on the west coast (cable Blanco south of here is also amazing)."
"Such an AMAZING stay! The room was clean and well kept. All the appliances worked, when they say partial Ocean view you are able to hear the waves and see the ocean in the distance. Still very close to the ocean though. They have a small to go breakfast in the morning, (bagel, cereal, oatmeal, fruit and juice) Pet friendly (with a fee) very friendly staff. The pool was warm and the hot tub hot."
"The room was large and clean but you could hear neighbors run water and the ceiling fan in the room below us would make the bathroom floor vibrate. The view was decent during the day. At night, there is a house across the street (ocean front) with two obnoxiously bright LED garage lights - we had to shut the blinds every night if we wanted to sleep. There’s no screens on the windows or patio door. Breakfast was nothing special - a grab and go with a bagel, yogurt, granola bar. The front desk staff was very nice and responded to requests quickly."
